We had the most wonderful experience during our wedding tasting! From the delicious food to the beautiful atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and gave us so much excitement for our special day.
But what truly made the experience exceptional was Jenna. She was absolutely amazing! Her attentiveness, warmth, patience, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Jenna made this part of the process feel effortless and enjoyable. She took the time to make sure we were comfortable, answered our questions, and made us feel like our wedding and our experience truly mattered.
Jenna is a shining example of what exceptional hospitality looks like. Her service went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful to have had her as part of such an important moment in our wedding planning journey.

My friend and I stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. The food was amazing, and the prices were even better for the quality you get. Stephanie, our waitress, was fantastic she was super helpful and knowledgeable about gluten free options, which we really appreciated. Overall, great service, great food, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The best food. I love to try something new to me every time I go. They never disappoint! One of the absolute best restaurants in Norwich. My daughter loves to come here with me!
What a gem of a place! They recently moved. It is nestled inside the beautifully restored former Otis Library, this spot is an absolute delight. The building dates back to the mid-1800s, and they’ve done a fantastic job blending its historic charm with a fresh, modern vibe. We visited during off hours on a Sunday afternoon. Think soaring ceilings, original details, and massive windows that flood the space with natural light—even on a cloudy day, it feels bright, cheerful, and full of good energy.
From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. Shina, our server, is an absolute star. She greeted us like we were old friends and gave us a mini tour of the space (how cool is that?). There’s an upstairs area that can host private parties for up to 30 people—perfect for celebrations, birthdays, or just a fancy night out with friends.
Now, let’s talk about the food—hello, Clams Casino pizza! We came for it, and WOW did it deliver. Perfectly crispy crust, generous toppings, and that garlicky, buttery goodness that makes you close your eyes with every bite. Total flavor bomb. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for a fun, inviting spot with history, personality, and some seriously delicious food, this is it. Go for the vibes, stay for the pizza

This restaurant is in a beautiful building. The food is authentic Italian and large portions. My favorite is the Seafood Fra Diavolo, my husband loves the spaghetti and meatballs/ sausage. We always have leftovers to enjoy the next day! We always experience friendly service and attention to detail. Ashley & Kailyn are my favorite servers. La Stella's Pizzeria in Norwich Connecticut, is my favorite place to eat in the entire world.
After having had moved out west, all mock "Italian" food has disgusted me because I deeply desire the fresh taste of La Stella's well thought out, well designed, and authentic Italian recipes
I have never had a bad experience eating at La Stella Pizzeria, infact many of our waitresses had become like family with how often our family goes there for an affordable, authentic Italian dining experience. With true kindness from the staff, attentiveness, and even gifts from the owners such as many a free cannoli when food was taking a little longer than expected to come out (It gets very busy often due to the fantastic quality of food), however despite that I never felt that the waiting time was very long. This is due to the fact that once the sauce hits your taste buds you're instantly drooling over how delicious your meal is.
Adding onto that, I can never finish my meals at La Stella Pizzeria due to the fact that I am getting in insanely large portion. For what should be costing me an arm and a leg is never costing me more than an hours pay of work.
I would rate La Stella's Pizzeria as ☆THE VERY BEST RESTURANT IN NEW ENGLAND☆!
If you don't believe me then you need to try it yourself, I HIGHLY recommend the Eggplant Parmesean with Penne in Vodka Sauce.
